For a young child the opportunity for self-expression and learning to listen are important. The more advanced student learns the importance of observation to learn this craft. Being in the moment with responses and understanding the physical attributes of emotions create truthfulness in the reality portrayed by an actor. Good vocal projection, eye contact in presentation and gestures with the text are all positive qualities to benefit all types of public speaking.
